Vladimir R. Berman

 

Born in St. Petersburg in 1947 Vladimir Berman has lived all his life in the city center. Vladimir Berman has higher education, he graduated the department of mathematics and mechanics of St.Petersburg State University. When Russian Federation became independent he graduated two departments of North-West Academy of Civil Service and is a qualified manager-economist and a lawyer.

Vladimir Berman has never been a Communist party or Komsomol member. He has been taking part in the work of public organizations and political parties of democratic and liberal orientation, among them Leningrad (St.Petersburg) Popular Front, Free Democratic Party of Russia, Democratic Russia movement, Russia’s Choice (Vybor Rossiyi) and Democratic Unity of St.Petersburg electoral blocks, Concord (Soglasiye) electoral block, Democratic Choice of Russia political party and the Union of Right Forces (Soyuz Pravykh Sil) political party.

Since 1994 Vladimir Berman has been a stuff worker at the Legislative Assembly of St.Petersburg.
