Participation
Because the project has no
financial resources, and also because the status of the network
organization is defined by the status of its members as well
the status of the network organization influences its members,
taking part in MEGAREGION - the NETWORK CONFEDERATION assumes that:

The participant is
competent enough in some field of knowledge connected to the
development of megaregion, and possesses an established
constructive view on this issue;

In interactions and
discussions the participants represent only themselves;

The participant adheres to
ethical standards;

The participants agree
that all said by them during discussions and interactions is
open information which is taken shorthand and then published on
the site;

The participant whenever
possible promotes expansion of network community of the project
and attracts to discussions qualified experts;

Whenever possible the
participants help to improve the contacts between the community
members;
-
The participants agree
that all kinds of their participation in the project are
gratuitous.
